    Little Footprints Learning Center is a ministry of Millington Baptist Church in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. We offer a safe, nurturing preschool for 2 ½ to 5 year old children. We strive to provide a quality education in a loving Christian environment and invite you to browse our website to learn more about our program.     With education and experience in early childhood care
    • Kelly Davis
      Interim Co-Director & Assistant Teacher - 4/5 Year Old Class

      Kelly Davis joined LFLC in 2022. She has led the 2 1/2 year old class and currently assists in the 4 year old class. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kean University. She has a heart for serving Jesus and nurturing young minds. Her passion is to create a safe, loving and fun learning environment that supports each child’s social and emotional development.

    • Danielle Arrieta
      Interim Co-Director

      Danielle joined the LFLC staff in January 2023 as the lead teacher for 2’s class and served in that role for 2 years before leaving to welcome her third baby. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Monmouth University and an M.Ed from Rutgers University. Danielle has a strong love for all of God’s children – helping them grow not only in knowledge and curiosity, but also in kindness and faith.

    • Kate Clarke
      Lead Teacher - 4 Yr Old Class

      Kate joined Little Footprints in 2003 as a lead teacher. She holds Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials and has over 20 years of teaching experience. Her desire is to instill a love of learning in children and tangibly demonstrate God’s love for them.

      Teacher-3 Day Three Year Old Class

      Laura joined Little Footprints in 2009 as a lead teacher. She is a graduate of The University of Florida with a B.S. in Education. Laura has a proven ability to enable each child to flourish within a fun and positive learning environment.

    • Marge Watkins
      Assistant Teacher - 3-Day Three Year Old Class

      Marge joined Little Footprints in 1995 as an assistant teacher. With a broad background in children’s programs in the nonprofit sector, Marge is committed to helping children grow in every facet of their development.

    • Debbie Masin
      Assistant Teacher - 2 Year Old Class

      Debbie joined the teaching staff at Little Footprints January 2023. She graduated from The College of New Jersey and holds a degree in Nursing. Debbie worked in the field of Child Psychology for 24 years before joining our team at LFLC.. She has also been a substitute teacher in the public school system and was a youth leader for 11 years. Debbie has one son and two granddaughters she delights in. She loves working with children and introducing them to God’s love.

    • Amanda Annis
      Lead Teacher - 2 Year Old Class

      Amanda was lead teacher in the 2s class January through June in 2021 and returned to the 2s lead teacher role in January 2025. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Science Education from Messiah College, experience as a Foster Care Caseworker, and 5 years experience homeschooling her children using the philosophies of Charlotte Mason, a forest school, and a Christian co-op. Amanda has a passion for nature, art and creativity, inquisitiveness, and seeing God’s love and beauty in all things… and then getting to share those passions with children!
