February is Dental Health Month. Miss Maureen from Dr. Mann’s office made a visit to our school to teach the children about how to take care of their teeth. She read them a story, introduced them to her friendly dragon puppet (with lots of teeth) and talked about good and bad foods that either help or hurt our teeth. She then had the children brush away food particles with her BIG toothbrush from a BIG mouth filled with teeth! Miss Maureen brought smiles to the children’s faces and helped them understand the need for good oral hygiene! Thank you Miss Maureen!!
